Financial Provisions
- The course is offered free of charge to participants. Accommodation will be provided during the entire course days and weekends. On weekdays, all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—will be provided, while only breakfast will be available on weekends.
- The cost of travel to/from Seoul, Republic of Korea will NOT be covered. Applicants must secure travel costs at their own expense. Selected applicants will be responsible for obtaining flights and any necessary vaccinations and visas for entering Korea. However, transportation during the program, including travel from the airport to Incheon, from Incheon to Hwasun and Osong, from Hwasun and Osong to Incheon and from Incheon to the airport, will be provided for all selected applicants. Additionally, please note that living expenses during your stay in Korea will NOT be covered, and participants are kindly encouraged to make appropriate arrangements in advance.
Important Notice
- This program is designed with the primary objective of providing education in bioprocessing. Please arrange your travel schedule accordingly: arrival should be no earlier than one day prior to the start of the training, and departure should be no later than one day after the program concludes. Kindly take this into account when booking your flights.
- Participation in the hands-on training component is limited to individuals who have successfully completed the online course. Please note that failure to complete the online training by the designated deadline may result in ineligibility for the hands-on program.
- Visas (if required) and flight tickets must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the start date of the hands-on training. This information must be promptly shared with K-NIBRT.
